BEGAN MMS TREATMENT
Thursday, 4th December, 2008 (infected for about a year and a half)

OTHER PRODUCTS I HAVE TRIED
Apple Cider Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil, Hydrogen Peroxide, St John's Wort Oil, Dynamiclear, Biogetica, and Ice Therapy.

IMMEDIATE POSITIVE EFFECTS OF MMS (first week)
Cold was gone within 30 hours (significant, because I am an asthmatic, and almost always have colds that last for at least 2 weeks, followed by bronchitis), it reduced my period induced "outbreak" to a tiny pin-sized blister that was gone in 2 days. My back, leg, and joint pains were diminished...

EFFECTS OF MMS AS OF TODAY
No outbreaks (no tingling, pains, stiffness, itching... nothing). No asthma attacks. No allergies. No joint, leg or back pains. No cold, flu, or infection of any sort. General health is totally improved.

DURATION OF TREATMENT
This will vary depending on whether or not you up your drops daily or weekly. I upped my drops daily (backing down whenever I needed time for my body to adjust), and I was able to work my way to 15 drops in less than a month. I have about 2.5 more weeks of 15 drop therapy left before it is completed. So for me, the entire duration will be 1.5 months.

New Cycle - MMS

As many of you who have followed this blog and write me know, I have decided to begin a new cycle of MMS. I would like to do a recap of what I did before and explain what I think went wrong before going into how I plan to go about things this time around.

Initially, I followed the general protocol of MMS, which is 15 drops 2x daily. I had to work my way to that dosage, and it took a lot of patience. I maintained the dosage of 15/2x for roughly 2 months and remained OB free since around 3 drops. After deciding to retest for HSV, I was told that the actual protocol for herpes was 15 drops 3x daily for up to 3 months, which means I would most likely still have virus in my system. This was proven to be true, and I decided to take a small break before beginning a new protocol. Around this time, I also tried a few visits with a man who practices a treatment by the name of TrueCures... total nonsense, but I will not bore any of you with the details.

Fast-forward to now, I am now back firmly in the saddle. I am starting my dosage at 7 drops 2x daily. I did 7 yesterday and felt a bit icky, so decided it would be a good idea to do 7 again today to be sure I was ready for 8 tomorrow. I will probably also begin taking it with juice, as the taste is beginning to get to me now. Many of you will already remember this, but I reckon it's important to point out that when taking MMS with juice, be sure to avoid citrus juices and juices with added vitamin c, absorbic acid (which is vitamin c), citric acid (which will dilute your MMS), and sodium citrate (this is basically citric acid). To be safe, stick with fresh juice or apple juice with no added vitamin c. My juices of choice were apple, prune, and pomegranate. Prune and pomegranate were a Godsend when I grew intolerant of the smell and taste that is still faintly detectable with apple, but to each his/her own.

I also want to mention that I did finally hear from someone at the MMS site who confirmed that there is indeed another approach to taking high dosages. Apparently, if one has become accustomed to 30 drops (15/2x), for example, you could divide those drops over the course of a day. So if you wanted to divide 24 drops over the course of 12 hours, for instance, taking 1 drop every hour, or even 2 drops every couple hours (or any variation) would still get the job done. This is great news for those of you who simply could not tolerate taking 15 drops in one sitting, however, I want to still warn you to increase your dosages slowly and be patient. Overloading the system by taking out too much "trash" will not help cure you any faster, it will only make you feel crappy!

I plan to incorporate this new approach to the higher dosages once I have increased my tolerance to 30 drops in a day. From there, I will break my dosages into increments, which will hopefully be of some assistance to those following my progress. I will do a short recap post after this one to summarize today's dosage and experience.
